FastCash-System Is Closing
on Sunday 14 March 2010
From Trishah Woolley, FastCash-System (FCS) Owner
The first few months of 2010 have been quite interesting for both myself and Bruce Carter, who moderates our conference calls. As we were working on plans for the future of FCS we were presented with an alternative offer that we felt we had to take advantage of. Unfortunately, after considering the pros and cons of everything, we have regrettably decided that, in order to pursue our new business direction, we will have to let FCS go.
We believe that the way we propose to close FCS is both fair and ethical.
Please read the following Q&A's which should answer most of your questions and give you instructions on what you, as a member, may need to do now.
Q: Is FastCash-System.com closing?
A: Yes.
Q: When will FCS close?
A: FCS is closed to new registrations as of Monday 01 March 2010 and will close for good Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time.
Q: Can I still get into the Member Area and my back office?
A: Yes. The Members Area and back office will remain open through Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time. (See below.)
Q: But I have money in my FCS account I've never taken out. How do I get my money?
A: Not to worry. You can either do a standard payout request from your "Earnings" page or just wait and we will be sending all your earning to your AlertPay account after the program fully closes on Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time.
To make sure you get your money please look at the following three items and do all that apply to you:
1) If you reside outside the United States you MUST SUBMIT A W8 FORM which states that you do not own taxes in the US. See the instructions at the bottom of your "Update Your Profile" page in your Members Area.
2) Make sure that you have entered and saved an AlertPay email address on your "Update Your Profile" page and that it is accurate. If you don't enter a valid AlertPay email address we can not pay you.
3) If you have multiple accounts, you must add your AlertPay email address to every account you activated in order to get paid.
Q: What about people who recently signed up and didn't get a chance to really work the system?
A: We feel badly about this. So to be fair... Everyone who signed up after 15 January 2010 can be refunded $12.00 to their AlertPay account.
Q: How do I get my refund?
A: Log into your Members Area before Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time. If you activated your account after 15 January 2010 there will be a refund button on your main members page. If you do not see a refund button this means that you paid to activate your account BEFORE 15 January 2010.
Q: I paid to activate my account more than 6 weeks ago but never made any money... what about me?
A: Then you are owed "one equal share" of program income. Here is how this works...
In FCS, for every $10.00 that came into FCS, 80%, or $8.00 (program income), goes to pay members who cycle. However, since not everyone cycled there is a portion of this 80% of program income that was never paid out. Many companies just close their doors and never return this money (known as "breakage" in the industry). However, the ethical thing to do is to return this money to the non-earning paid members. Every paid member who did not make any money can receive one equal share of the remaining program income per each position/account.
Q: How much is "one equal share" of the remaining program income worth?
A: At this time we do not know exactly how much this will be. This amount will be calculated after the program fully closes on Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time.
Q: What do I need to do to get my equal share?
A: (1) You must have a valid AlertPay email address entered on your "Update Your Profile" page for every account you activated!
(2) If you reside outside the USA you MUST ALSO submit a W8 form. See the bottom of "Edit Your Profile" page for more info.
NOTE: If you do not have a valid AlertPay email entered into every one of your profiles (and a W8 submitted for Non-US residents) before Sunday 14 March 2010 at midnight Eastern Time you WILL NOT receive any monies owned you.
Q: I did cycle once in FCS... Can I too get a refund or an equal share of the program income?
A: If you cycled, even once, then you have gotten back more money than you put in and are not owed a refund or an equal share.
Q: What if my question isn't answered here?
A: If you have additional concerns, problems or comments you can put in a support ticket and we will answer your questions as soon as we can. http://www.fastcash-system.com/support
As you can see, we have tried our best to do right by our members in the way we are choosing to close the program. We hope you agree.
We wish everyone who has been with us and supported us all the best success in your future endeavors!
