The first few months of 2010 have been quite interesting for both myself and Bruce Carter, who moderates our conference calls. As we were working on plans for the future of FCS we were presented with an alternative offer that we felt we had to take advantage of. Unfortunately, after considering the pros and cons of everything, we have regrettably decided that, in order to pursue our new business direction, we will have to let FCS go.
We believe that the way we propose to close FCS is both fair and ethical.
Please read the Q&A's on the main homepage which should answer most of your questions and give you instructions on what you, as a member, may need to do now.

New Time Zone Clocks
|

Just the first of many new improvements planned for the New Year at FCS! Now in your members area we have a time zone page where you can find what time it is around the world. It is located in your "Member Navigations" buttons. Now your won't have to worry whether or not you are calling your referral in Australia in the middle of the night!

New Webinar & Conference Call Schedule
|

So much happening! Because of both peoples holiday schedules AND the fact that the Express2 Team (which many of our members have joined) is having webinars and conference calls at similar times. We are changing both the webinar and conference call schedules as follows:
Conference Calls will now start at 9:30 PM ET, Saturday through Thursday and last a half hour or less. No conference calls on Friday nights.
Webinars will now be held 3 nights a week: Monday - Wednesday - Friday at 10:00 PM ET. You can find the registration link in the left-side navigation.

Your Primary Program Builder Page
|

Your Primary Program Builder page is now live in your back office. You will find the button in the Members Navigation section of the left-side navigation.
Add your primary programs information so your referrals will see it, just like you see your sponsor's program at the top of your page.
Then, as you choose to join the other FCS recommended programs on the bottom of the page, add your referral links to them so your referrals will follow you into those programs also!

We here at FCS take the sponsor-referral relationship very seriously. Therefore we have chosen to pre-release the page to team leaders who are placed high within the system and let them send it down to their referrals first; who in turn will pass it on to theirs. This is the only fair way to try to ensure that your referrals get the page with your links.
However, we can't wait forever to release the page to everyone, either. So, for those of you who already have received the link to the Program Builder Page, add your links to it ASAP and then pass the page url on to your referrals quickly as we will be making page link public soon. The link will go live in the Members Area navigation area Monday 16 November 2009.
Anxious to get started... contact your sponsor and ask if they've received the url to "Your Primary Program Builder Page" yet.

FCS Registration Temporarily Shutdown

We want to thank everyone for your understanding over the last couple of days. The problems we were having with AlertPay are now resolved and the member's accounts that where affected should now be accurate. As we are sure that this problem is resolved we have reopened registration.
So, what actually happened... Late last week AlertPay improved their systems and added features. This caused two over-charging problems (two that we are aware of because they affected our members). The first was AlertPay changing members payment currency which caused over-payments that had to be corrected. But the one that caused us to temporarily shut down registration was that members were being double and triple billed, sometimes more than that. So instead of paying $12 there were two or more $12 charges on their account. This happened because of AlertPay's new programming and had nothing to do with FastCash-System or our business practices.
If your AlertPay account was affected and corrected you should have gotten an email from AlertPay that said the following:
While processing your payment, the system encountered technical difficulties resulting in a duplicate charge. The XXX.XX USD payment has been reversed back to your credit card and will appear in your balance within 3-7 business days.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you have any questions about your AlertPay account transactions or corrections, please contact AlertPay directly.
We apologize again for the disruption caused to our services while we worked to correct these problems.

Because of a problem at AlertPay we have had no choice but to take the unfortunate step to not allow new registrations at this time.
Your members area is still open and everything in your back office is still working.
We are actively pursuing a resolution with AlertPay and ask for your patience and understanding while we work to have them fix the problem.

The migration took longer than expected. We are currently testing the new server and have not yet made the switch it we are sure it is in tip-top shape. We will inform you via the news scroller at the top of the page when the actual service interruption and switch will occur. |
We did not expect to have to do this so soon! We will be moving FastCash-System.com to a new dedicated server with a world-class hosting provider on Sunday 08 November 2009. The new server will give us the speed and capacity to handle the anticipated growth that is just on the horizon, as well as a security level demanded by the banking industry.
Unfortunately, this means that the membership and payment processor portions of the site will have to be temporarily stopped during the migration between servers. The good news is that the interruption should only last minutes and not hours.
If you can not log into your members area please wait a few minutes and try again. If you still are unable to log into the site after 12:00am Monday, please put in a support ticket and tell us what is happening.
We ask for your patience and understanding as this is being done to serve you better.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Two new pages have been added so that all our recorded calls may be found in one place.
One page is for all the recordings that are available to the public before registration. The other page is for members only calls.
To find them use the button in the left navigation under "Conference Calls" titled "All Recorded Calls".

Login to your back office and under "Promotional Tools" in the left navigation area there is a new link "Printable Cards & Tools". Here you will find five new pages with both professional size templates you can download and have a printer make for you, OR... We also have some that you can print right from your computer that already have your contact information on them!
There is still more to do. Like creating more fliers and making the postcards you can print from your computer. If you have ideas for fliers or cards feel free to ask us for them. We are here to help!
Coming soon: The new official FastCash-System logo in sizes that can be used on business cards all the way up to t-shirts and flight jackets.

Starting Monday 19 October 2009 the FastCash conference calls will begin at 09:00 PM Eastern Time.
Also, we will have calls six (6) nights a week instead of seven. We will be taking Fridays off for some well needed "battery recharging".

The Members area has been redesigned to make it easier to navigate and function better. The look has been trimmed down so less scrolling up and down. Left navigation buttons added to make things easier to find. And new within-page navigation has been placed at top of all the Promotional Tools pages.
